Mum planned this short trip with her friends, back to a river at her hometown, a place where she used to hang out with her friends. (Eh wth for 16years I haven't been to that place before every single time we come back?) At the same time, aunt ajak us to Singapore sobs my passport expired T__T and dad said a trip like that will cost around 1k so bye Singapore--

The traffic was smooth from town to Slim River, Perak. (Maybe cuz I slept all the way lol) We departed at 6:30am and reached at 8am. Had breakfast at 知来者 kopitiam @ 新村 and then we headed to the market.

And our destination! Sungai Bil!

It's a really long river with a waterfall! But we didn't set up at the waterfall area cuz it's too deep and there are kids around so yea.. And the first thought when I saw the river is, LOJING. I miss Lojing omg sitting there enjoying ourselves in the river. However, out of my expectation was the river is really clear! It was so much clearer compared to the one in Lojing and the water is really chilly.

Had fun conquering the river with really sharp sands and slippery stones!! And yes I fell lol face facing the water omg luckily I didn't hit the stone or idk what will happen :s






We even sat at the area where the water current was rushing down omg we'll slip like anytime if we weren't careful at such high pressure.

Had nasi lemak for lunch and then we walked around and did some mini photoshoot. Suddenly thought of taking the photo from a lower angle but then we were in the car alreadyyyy >:(

We also had fun playing with Tannia's monopod & fish-eye lens heh.

Went back to popo's house after that and I started drafting this post and yea got some nap.

This is definitely an ideal place for a half-day trip. Hope to come here again with the ZooOHttly!
